Croyde in Croyde Bay is one of the most beautiful, unspoilt
villages in North Devon.

Its famous thatched roofed cottages are surrounded by unspoilt countryside which meets the dramatic rocky coastline. Croyde beach has been listed as one of the top 6 in the country, and is kept immaculate by its private owners.

The village is surrounded by a range of country walks to suit all ages across unspoilt National Trust
land. Croyde is also famous for surfing, and if these activities are not enough then horse riding,
cycling, tennis and golf are all available locally.

If you just wish to relax, you could take a stroll around Croyde's delightful craft and gift shops then refresh yourself at a cream tea shop or one of Croyde's many restaurants each with its unique character. The village has a local shop for groceries but there is a regular bus service to nearby Braunton and Barnstable if you need a Town centre.
